About Friends of Salem CERT
Friends of Salem CERT is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, advocating for, and enhancing the mission of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program within the City of Salem, Oregon. Established by community safety advocates, we work in close alignment with local emergency management to secure resources, promote public policy, and expand inclusive, neighborhood-level disaster preparedness across our entire city.
